Mr. Wat is the cover cake powder mixed with foundation that offers a smooth texture to excellently cover up skin. It can conceal skin impurities such as wrinkles and dark spots as well as smoothen and moisturize skin.

Mr. Wat is produced under the OTS Treated Powder Technology from Japan. So the powder is smooth for skin hydration. Also with pigment particles that coat skin with Perfluorooctyl Triethoxysilane that provides Water and Oil Repellency property, the powder color is not changing after application but promotes facial skin radiance with high efficacy of Ascorbyl Dipalmitate from Japan. The ingredient of Nylon-12 also helps absorb excessive oiliness excreted from the skin for a smooth and non-oily kin. Moreover, it protects skin from sun damages with SPF 25 PA++.
